The 2023 Kia Telluride has been one of the most popular vehicles in the mid-size three-row SUV segment since it was launched for the 2020 model year due to a number of qualities. For 2023, all of these attributes stay true, with the addition of a refreshed design.
A revised appearance
The 2023 Kia Telluride continues to be one of the most modern vehicles in its segment this year with the arrival of a newly restyled version that keeps things looking fresh. The main changes are concentrated at the front of the Telluride, which receives a subtly modified grille and all-new headlamps that feature a distinctive LED daytime running light pattern that replaces the orange rectangle that was found on older models. At the rear, the bumper has also been modified this year along with the taillamps. Inside, the biggest change is the new dashboard which follows Kia’s latest design trend by integrating both the digital instrument cluster and the infotainment screen in a single curved panel, as was first seen in the electric EV6.
Increased capabilities
The restyling of the 2023 Kia Telluride hasn’t only been limited to appearance items since the SUV now benefits from increased towing and off-roading capabilities, especially in the new X-Line and X-Pro trim levels. These versions are distinguished by exclusive wheels, bumpers, and underbody protection panels that can be seen from some angles. The Telluride X-Pro can also now tow up to 5,500 pounds instead of 5,000 pounds like the rest of the lineup.
All of the same popular features
The 2023 Kia Telluride continues to offer all of the same features that have made it so popular with buyers who want to have all of the latest technologies without having to pay a premium. These include Highway Drive Assist, forward collision warning, safe exit alert, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, and the Kia connected services app.
